- ➤ The Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation has launched Quick Response Grants to give flexible funds to local organizations in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau counties—plus the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. - ➤ The Traverse City Police Department is pursuing impaired driving charges after a motorist drove his tan truck into two dumpsters, a stop sign and a car on Tuesday at about 3 p.m. near Front and Cedar — the driver fled the scene. Traverse City Record-Eagle
- ➤ Timothy Hunt, 27, was arrested on March 24 for alleged child sexual assaults spanning several years in Manistee and Wexford counties—he faces multiple charges, was arraigned in Manistee County, and his next court date is April 2 at 2:15 p.m. 9&10 News

- ➤ The three-day 'Building an Intentional Home Garden' workshop will focus on regenerative garden design and permaculture techniques from April 4—6 to help both new and experienced gardeners enhance their backyard spaces.
