The Northwest Michigan Community Action Agency is helping homeowners in Charlevoix, Emmet, Antrim and Kalkaska counties repair damage from the historic March ice storm using funds from local foundations and donations—covering repairs to roofs, trees, water damage and electrical issues. Housing and Energy Efficiency Services Director Tish Stave said a family of four earning up to $96,450 qualifies for the emergency aid.
