- ➤ Traverse City allocated nearly $300K from its Community Development Block Grant to local groups that address affordable housing – Homestretch Nonprofit Housing Corporation received over $143K for new housing, Goodwill Northern Michigan got $96K for rental vouchers, and Jubilee House was given just over $55K for staffing.
