Grand Traverse County said crews are replacing the storm-damaged Beitner Bridge today with large cranes and pylons in place, and while construction continues until 2027, the bridge is expected to open by Christmas.

Traverse City will adopt after Labor Day parking rates, lowering premium meter fees at the Hardy Parking Structure (from $1.75 to $1.60) and nonpremium fees at Old Town (from $1.50 to $1.35).

Enforcement hours will change to 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday with parking free on Sundays.

The Program Manager (PM) leads the planning, operations, and execution of ATLAS client commitments, serving as the primary link between ATLAS and its contracted customers. This role manages requirements, schedules, costs, and risks while supporting satellite ground network operations, business development, and account financial activities, including revenue projections and invoicing.
