- ➤ A Traverse City man named John Cunningham, 55, was arraigned Wednesday in Lansing on two counts of filing a false or fraudulent income tax return linked to an unlicensed marijuana operation in Grand Traverse County—each charge carrying a five-year felony penalty after a state police investigation.
