- ➤ Traverse City woman Jessica Perkins pleaded guilty on Monday to third-offense operating while intoxicated and fleeing police and was sentenced to between two and five years in prison—she received 139 days credit and was ordered to pay $1,508 for vehicle damage plus $3,553 for extradition.
